There are two independent organisations which share the name “Citrin Foundation” and which work to achieve a shared mission:

• Citrin Foundation Ltd. (Singapore) (Company Registration Number: 201635027D) is a registered charity with its office at 6 Temasek Boulevard, Suntec Tower Four, Singapore 038986.
• Citrin Foundation Ltd. (UK) (Company Number: 15940318) is a charitable company registered in England and Wales with its office at Universal Building, 364 -366 Kensington High Street, London, W14 8NS.

Although the two organisations share a common mission which they each work to achieve (separately and in collaboration with each other), each organisation is separate, independent and responsible for its own activities. They are governed separately, each with its own board of trustees. They operate under different legal and regulatory frameworks in Singapore and the UK, and all decisions are taken independently in accordance with the laws and requirements of their respective jurisdictions.

When corresponding or contracting with third parties, Citrin Foundation (Singapore) and Citrin Foundation (UK) will always make clear which entity is acting, including through the use of the relevant organisation’s letterhead and contact details. Similarly, when publicising the activities of these organisations, Citrin Foundation (Singapore) and Citrin Foundation (UK) will always make clear which entity is funding and carrying out these activities. This ensures transparency and clarity in all communications.

This structure enables Citrin Foundation (Singapore) and Citrin Foundation (UK) to share resources and their respective international expertise while ensuring that each organisation remains independent, has strong governance and is legally compliant in each relevant jurisdiction (i.e. Singapore and the UK).
