  • 50 g fresh salmon
  • A pinch of curry powder
  • A pinch of salt
  • A dash of vegetable oil

Steps

  1. Remove scales and large bones from raw salmon with the back of a knife and cut into bite-size pieces.
  2. Season 1 with salt, add olive oil in a pan and cook until golden brown.
  3. Add curry powder to 2 and cook until browned.

Tips:

  • Children should be careful with the salmon bones.
