  • 50 g fresh fish of your choice (The picture shows a yellowtail fish)
  • A pinch of salt
  • A dash of vegetable oil

Steps

  1. Season fish with salt and let stand for a while. Wipe off any excess water that comes out of the fish.
  2. Grill the fish in a pan with oil.

To prevent the skin of the salmon from burning, you can cover it with aluminium foil during the cooking process.

Tips:

  • Season fish with salt before grilling to get rid of the smell.
  • Grilling the fish in oil or steaming it with a lid on halfway through the cooking process will reduce dryness.

    • Enjoy it with other side dishes and staple foods.
    • After seasoning with salt and waiting a while, pour boiling water over the fish and wash it in cold water, which will further remove the fish’s odor. After wiping off the water thoroughly, season the fish with salt again and grill it.
