Steps
- Cut potatoes into sticks and soak in water.
- Put 1 in a heatproof dish, cover with plastic wrap and microwave at 600w for 1 minute.
- Fry in oil at 180℃ for about 2 minutes.
- Sprinkle with salt or green laver/parsley to taste.
Fry quickly to prevent over-cooking.

- Adjust the amount of potatoes according to your physical condition.
- It is recommended to cut potatoes into thin slices so that they absorb oil well.
- Instead of green laver, various flavors such as Parmesan cheese, Mozzarella cheese, solid bouillon, garlic powder, curry powder, basil are also tasty.
- We also recommend wrapping french fries with bacon as a side dish. If you wrap with 15g of bacon per piece ➔ Energy = 111 kcal PFC ratio = 9:72:19.
