  • 6 cups mixed salad greens
  • 1 cup diced cooked chicken or turkey (optional)
  • 1/2 cup diced apple
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans
  • 1/4 cup crumbled blue cheese
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic vinaigrette dressing

Instructions
