[Seasonal Recipes: Summer Edition]
Instructions
- Steam the cauliflower florets until tender but still firm. Let them cool.
- In a large bowl, combine the steamed cauliflower, chopped hard-boiled eggs, and chopped celery.
- In a separate small bowl, mix Yoghurt, Dijon mustard, chopped fresh dill, salt, and pepper to make the dressing.
- Pour the dressing over the cauliflower mixture and toss to coat everything evenly.
- Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
- Serve topped with toasted almonds or pine nuts
