  • 50 g chicken breast
  • 1/2 an egg
  • 3 g parmesan cheese
  • A pinch of salt
  • A dash of vegetable oil

Steps

  1. Cut chicken breasts into bite-size pieces and season with salt.
  2. Mix eggs and Parmesan cheese.
  3. Put 2 on chicken breasts and cook over low heat in a pan with hot vegetable oil.

Tips

  • Putting a lid on the pan during cooking makes it fluffier and tastier.

    • You may also mix in basil to accentuate the flavor.
    • Brining is also recommended to make the chicken breasts even fluffier. Soak the chicken breasts in 3% brine and refrigerate for about 2 hours. Drain thoroughly before seasoning.
