  • Chicken spareribs – 3 to 4 ribs
  • A few cloves of garlic
  • A pinch of salt
  • Optional – a dash of salad oil

Steps

  1. Rub the chicken spareribs with salt and grated garlic and let it sit for a while.
  2. If using a fish grill, add more salad oil to the ribs. If using a frying pan, add salad oil to the pan and grill the ribs. (If using a frying pan, cover the pan with a lid halfway through to speed up the cooking process.)

Tips:

  • If you use a fish grill, rub some salad oil on the chicken to prevent it from becoming dry.

    • Enjoy with other side dishes or main meals.
    • Chicken spareribs are chicken wings with the tips removed and the inside of the wings split in half. Since this is the part that is moved often, the meat is tighter, and you can taste a lot of flavour from the bone.
