Steps
- Cut chicken thighs into 2 cm cubes and season with salt.
- Cut mushrooms into appropriate size, spinach into 2 cm length, and potatoes into thin slices.
- Heat butter in a pan and sauté floured chicken thighs and potatoes.
- When chicken thighs are cooked, add spinach and mushrooms and sauté further.
- Season 4 well with salt and pepper, add milk, and heat, stirring until thickened.
- Put 5 and cheese in a baking dish and bake in a toaster or in the grill until cheese is melted.
Add the spinach and mushrooms to the pan where the chicken thighs and potatoes were sautéed.
