【 1 serving for a 2 year old toddler】

  • 60 g chicken thighs
  • 60 g spinach
  • 30 g potato
  • 20 g mushrooms
  • 50ml milk
  • 20 g mozzarella cheese
  • 3 g salted butter
  • A pinch of salt and pepper
  • Optional- a pinch of flour
  • Optional- a pinch of parsley for garnish

Steps

  1. Cut chicken thighs into 2 cm cubes and season with salt.
  2. Cut mushrooms into appropriate size, spinach into 2 cm length, and potatoes into thin slices.
  3. Heat butter in a pan and sauté floured chicken thighs and potatoes.
  4. When chicken thighs are cooked, add spinach and mushrooms and sauté further.
  5. Season 4 well with salt and pepper, add milk, and heat, stirring until thickened.
  6. Put 5 and cheese in a baking dish and bake in a toaster or in the grill until cheese is melted.

Add the spinach and mushrooms to the pan where the chicken thighs and potatoes were sautéed.

Tips

  • Adjust the amount of potatoes and flour according to your physical condition.
