Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the mixed salad greens, sliced avocados, grapefruit segments, orange segments, thinly sliced red onion, and fresh cilantro or parsley.

- If using sliced almonds, toast them in a dry skillet over medium heat until they are golden brown and fragrant. Keep a close eye on them, as they can burn quickly.
