Steps
- Cut spinach into 2 cm length, place in a bowl and soak in water for about 5 minutes.
- Cut cherry tomatoes into 4 equal wedges.
- Roughly crush mixed nuts.
- Mix eggs, milk, krazy salt and half of the cheese (25 g).
- Heat pan over medium heat, add drained spinach, crushed nuts and 1/4 teaspoon of krazy salt.
- Put 5 and 4 in order on a heatproof dish, top with the remaining 25g of cheese and garnish with 2.
- Bake in the oven at 180℃ for 20 minutes and garnish with chervil and parsley.
- Serve hot.
