Ingredients

Ingredients:1 serving for a 2 year old toddler

  • 30g fresh salmon
  • 10g mushrooms
  • 20g spinach
  • 20g spaghetti
  • 50cc milk
  • 3g salted butter
  • a pinch of salt
  • optional: a pinch of flour

Instructions

  1. Season fresh salmon with salt.
  2. Boil spaghetti in salted water to desired consistency.
  3. Heat salted butter in a pan and sauté floured fresh salmon.
  4. Add chopped spinach and mushrooms to 3, and season with salt when wilted.
  5. Add spaghetti and milk to 4 and heat, stirring frequently.

Tips:

  • Salmon can be safely eaten by children if the bones are removed.
  • Remove flour for children that do not like flour.

    Amount per serving: Energy 182 kcal

    PFC ratio= 26:30:44

    • Adjust the amount of spaghetti according to your physical condition.
    • Adding 35 g of fried chicken to the pasta gives 292 kcal of energy and a PFC ratio of 28:39:34, which is recommended. Two sausages or four pieces of grilled pork are also good.
    • If you want to eat pasta by itself, double the amount of salmon, milk and butter ➔ Energy 282 kcal PFC ratio 29:38:34.
    • Flour can be substituted with soy flour. It reduces carbohydrates and increases the aroma.
