Steps
- Season fresh salmon with salt.
- Boil spaghetti in salted water to desired consistency.
- Heat salted butter in a pan and sauté floured fresh salmon.
- Add chopped spinach and mushrooms to 3, and season with salt when wilted.
- Add spaghetti and milk to 4 and heat, stirring frequently.
Sauté fresh salmon, add spinach and mushrooms.

- Adjust the amount of spaghetti according to your physical condition.
- Adding 35 g of fried chicken to the pasta gives 292 kcal of energy and a PFC ratio of 28:39:34, which is recommended. Two sausages or four pieces of grilled pork are also good.
- If you want to eat pasta by itself, double the amount of salmon, milk and butter ➔ Energy 282 kcal PFC ratio 29:38:34.
- Flour can be substituted with soy flour. It reduces carbohydrates and increases the aroma.
