  • 30g potato
  • A pinch of salt
  • A dash of vegetable oil
  • Optional – Green laver or parsley

Steps

  1. Cut potatoes into sticks and soak in water.
  2. Put 1 in a heatproof dish, cover with plastic wrap and microwave at 600w for 1 minute.
  3. Fry in oil at 180℃ for about 2 minutes.
  4. Sprinkle with salt or green laver/parsley to taste.

Fry quickly to prevent over-cooking.

Tips:

  • Potatoes are high in carbohydrates, so adjust the amount according to your physical condition.
  • It is also convenient to make in excess and stock. (Shelf life: about one month)
