Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- In a bowl, mix olive oil, lemon zest, lemon juice, chopped fresh dill, salt, and pepper.
- Brush the salmon fillets and asparagus spears with the olive oil mixture.
- Grill the salmon for about 4-5 minutes per side, or until it’s cooked through and flaky.
- Grill the asparagus for 3-4 minutes, turning occasionally until tender.
- Serve the grilled salmon with asparagus on the side.
