  • Salmon fillets
  • Asparagus spears
  • Olive oil
  • Lemon zest
  • Lemon juice
  • Fresh dill
  • Salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. In a bowl, mix olive oil, lemon zest, lemon juice, chopped fresh dill, salt, and pepper.
  3. Brush the salmon fillets and asparagus spears with the olive oil mixture.
  4. Grill the salmon for about 4-5 minutes per side, or until it’s cooked through and flaky.
  5. Grill the asparagus for 3-4 minutes, turning occasionally until tender.
  6. Serve the grilled salmon with asparagus on the side.
