  • 250 g minced pork
  • 150 g cabbage
  • 150 g onion
  • 2 eggs
  • A pinch of salt
  • A pinch of pepper
  • A dash of flour
  • A dash of bread crumbs
  • A dash of vegetable oil

Steps

  1. Finely chop cabbage and onion, sprinkle with salt, and squeeze out any moisture.
  2. Mix 1, minced pork, 1 egg, salt, and pepper.
  3. Roll into desired shape and coat with flour, beaten egg, and bread crumbs in that order.
  4. Deep fry in oil at 170°C until golden brown, about 5 to 6 minutes.

It is also convenient to make excess and freeze for stock.
(Stock period: maximum one month)

Tips

  • To prevent breakage, do not touch the surface of the batter until it sets.
  • To defrost minced pork cutlets, heat them in the microwave for 20-30 seconds and then bake them in a toaster.
