Steps
- Finely chop cabbage and onion, sprinkle with salt, and squeeze out any moisture.
- Mix 1, minced pork, 1 egg, salt, and pepper.
- Roll into desired shape and coat with flour, beaten egg, and bread crumbs in that order.
- Deep fry in oil at 170°C until golden brown, about 5 to 6 minutes.
It is also convenient to make excess and freeze for stock.
