  • 50 g salmon
  • A pinch of salt
  • A dash of vegetable oil or butter

Steps

  1. Sprinkle salt on salmon.
  2. Heat oil or butter in a pan and grill the salmon.

To prevent the skin of the salmon from burning, you can cover it with aluminium foil during the cooking process.
