  • 50g fresh fish of your choice (The picture shows a yellowtail fish)
  • A dash of soy sauce
  • A dash of olive oil

Steps

  • In a pan with olive oil, grill the fish on both sides until golden brown. Cover the pan with lid halfway through cooking and allow the fish to cook fully.
  • Add soy sauce to 1 and cook until browned.

Tips:

  • Soy sauce tends to burn easily, so turn the heat down after adding it.
  • Browning the salmon makes it more savory.
  • Children should be careful with the salmon bones.
