Steps
- Cut pork into bite-size pieces and sprinkle with salt. (If you want to eat it soft, sprinkle it with flour as well.)
- Sauté pork in a pan heated with salad oil until it changes color.
Spread the pork out one piece at a time for quicker cooking and better flavor.
