  • 60 g pork
  • A pinch of salt
  • Optional – a pinch of flour
  • A pinch of vegetable oil

Steps

  1. Cut pork into bite-size pieces and sprinkle with salt. (If you want to eat it soft, sprinkle it with flour as well.)
  2. Sauté pork in a pan heated with salad oil until it changes color.

Spread the pork out one piece at a time for quicker cooking and better flavor.

Tips:

  • You do not necessarily need to use flour to enjoy this dish.
  • Fatty parts of pork are more tender.
  • We recommend sautéing it with your favorite vegetables.
