【for 4 people】

  • 190 g canned or fresh corn
  • 15 g bacon
  • 5 g salted butter
  • A pinch of salt
  • A pinch of parsley for garnish

Steps

  1. Fry bacon until golden brown.
  2. Add 3/4 of corn to 1. Mix lightly and process in a food processor or blender.
  3. Return 2 to the pot, add 200 ml of water, bring to a boil, add salt, milk, 1/4 of the remaining corn, and heat further.
  4. When 3 starts to simmer, turn off the heat. Add butter and sprinkle with chopped parsley.

When blending, add a small amount of water to mix

Tips

  • It can also be served with fresh corn. In that case, heat well. Pureed corn is even better. It is also delicious as a cold soup
