  • 30g sweet potato
  • A pinch of salt
  • A dash of vegetable oil

Steps

  1. Cut sweet potatoes into sticks and soak in water.
  2. Put 1 on a heatproof dish, cover with cling film and microwave at 600W for 1 minute.
  3. Fry in oil at 180℃ for about 2 minutes.
  4. Sprinkle with salt to taste.

Fry quickly, as over-frying will burn the fries.

Tips:

  • Sweet potatoes are high in carbohydrates, so adjust the amount according to your physical condition.
