Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground chicken or turkey, almond flour, Parmesan cheese, chopped parsley, chopped chives, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, and beaten egg.
- Mix the ingredients together until well combined.
- Using your hands, form the mixture into small meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter.
- Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and add enough olive oil to coat the bottom of the pan.
- Once the pan is hot, add the meatballs to the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes per side, or until browned on all sides.
- Transfer the meatballs to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake in the oven for 10-12 minutes, or until fully cooked through.
- Serve the meatballs hot with your favourite dipping sauces.
