  • 1 head cauliflower, cut into florets
  • 2-3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Steam or boil the cauliflower until very tender.
  2. Drain the cauliflower and transfer it to a food processor.
  3. Add minced garlic, butter, heavy cream, salt, and pepper.
  4. Blend until smooth and creamy, resembling the texture of mashed potatoes.
  5. Adjust seasoning to taste and serve hot.
