【Makes 2 servings

  • 1 tsp granulated sugar
  • 4 teaspoons of chia seeds
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 0.5 cup unsweetened whole-fat coconut milk
  • 0.5 cup whole-fat Greek or plain yogurt

Instructions

  1.  Soak chia seeds in a cup of water for 1 day or more in the fridge
  2. Mix all ingredients and ready to enjoy
