Ingredients

【Makes 2 servings

  • 1 tsp granulated sugar
  • 4 tsp of chia seeds
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • ½ cup unsweetened whole-fat coconut milk
  • ½ cup whole-fat greek or plain yogurt

Instructions

  1.  Soak chia seeds in a cup of water for 1 day or more in the fridge
  2. Mix all ingredients and ready to enjoy
