Instructions

  • Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  • Grill the chicken breasts until fully cooked, about 6-7 minutes per side, depending on thickness.
  • Let the chicken rest for a few minutes before slicing it into strips.
  • Lay out the lettuce leaves on a plate.
  • Fill each lettuce leaf with sliced chicken, avocado slices, and shredded carrots.
  • Drizzle with your favorite sauce
  • Roll up the lettuce leaves to form wraps and serve.
