【Ingredients: (for 3 to 4 people)】

  • 10 chicken drumettes, about 700 g
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • A pinch of black pepper
  • 1 lemon
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Steps

  1. Cut chicken drumettes along the bone and season with salt and pepper.
  2. Cut lemon into round slices and garlic into slices.
  3. Put 1 and 2 in a plastic bag and let it sit for 30 minutes. (Can freeze and stock at this point)
  4. Heat olive oil in a pan at medium heat. Add 3 to the pan and fry. Once browned, cover and steam until cooked for about 5 minutes.
