Steps
- Cut sweet potatoes into sticks and soak in water.
- Put 1 on a heatproof dish, cover with cling film and microwave at 600W for 1 minute.
- Fry in oil at 180℃ for about 2 minutes.
- Sprinkle with salt to taste.

Fry quickly, as over-frying will burn the fries.
