  • 150-200 g Tofu
  • 100 g Minced meat
  •  1/4 cut Onion
  • 100 g Mini tomato
  • 1/4 Broccoli (Optional)
  • Salad oil, butter, Worcestershire sauce, salt

Breadcrumb Mixture

  • 1/4 cup Breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 Egg
  • 1/3 tsp salt
  • Pinch of Pepper/Nutmeg

Instructions

  1. Wrap tofu in kitchen towel, leave for 2 hours and remove excess water from tofu.
  2. Mince chop onions. Stir fry with 1/4 tablespoon salad oil in pan and cool down.
  3. Tear tofu apart with your hands and add to minced meat, the ingredients prepared in step 2 and breadcrumbs mixture. Mix well. Divide into 4 pieces and shape it ready to grill on pan.
  4.  Add ½ tablespoon of salad oil in pan and heat. Add the ingredients prepared in step 3 and grill one side for 2 minutes at middle heat. Turn it over, turn the heat down and grill for another 6-8 minutes. Place on dish when finished.
  5. Cut mini tomatoes in half, and fry with 5 g of butter. When melted, add 1 tablespoon of Worcestershire sauce. Pour over the ingredients prepared in step 4.
  6. [Optional] Boil broccoli with salt and place them on the plate.
